    Can I use that KS-LE-C 2x 2TB SoftRAID as a 1x 4TB drive? and how, reinstall?

Yes you can. In their install panel u can choose Raid0 and mount point configuration.

Nobody knows. They most likely only cancel and refund servers, which are unlikely to get back in stock (soon). Sometimes it takes a day, sometimes a couple… but they seem to shorten the overall time. If you don’t want to wait for it, you can always open a ticket yourself.

    So far what I've got:

A KS-LE-B in GRA with no upgrade but NVMEs with only a few TB of r/w.
A KS-LE-E in RBX with no upgrade and 4 very old hdds, already cancelled.
A KS-LE-C in RBX with a 1620v2, 64G of RAM and very old SSDs. This one is going to be cancelled.
A KS-LE-C in GRA with 1630v4, 64G of RAM and almost new SSDs.

Waiting on a KS-LE-B with NVMEs and a KS-LE-E with SSDs in GRA.

I think eventually I'll keep only a KS-LE-B, what a sweet little machine.

I'm not sure about the e5's in the KS-LE-C. They support a lot of RAM and have more PCI lanes, but that's unused on these configs unless I'm missing something.

Edit: The KS-LE-C with E5 1630v4 has KVM both via the Java applet and the browser. Other servers only have the Java thingy, except the KS-LE-E which doesn't have IPMI at all.

Yes, within 14 days of purchase.
That possibly works only for EU accounts, not sure. With my French account there's a button for that.

Can you share screenshot for refund button?

I'm on US manager panel, so

    • in "orders" I can only track status
    • in "My services" I can "cancel subscription" (not a word about refund)
    • in "nsXXX.ip-YYYY.eu" (server itsefl) / server status i can "delete my service" (again nothing about refund).

No business hours yet... so no refund.

  • No business hours yet... so no refund.

    OVH business hours?

09:00 – 10:00: Savoring fresh croissants and a café au lait while greeting colleagues with a friendly "Bonjour!"

10:00 – 11:00: Engaging in a spirited debate about the best local boulangeries and the nuances of artisan bread.

11:00 – 12:00: Reviewing emails and lightly tackling work tasks, accompanied by a piece of dark chocolate.

12:00 – 14:00: Taking a leisurely two-hour lunch break at a quaint bistro, complete with a three-course meal and a glass of wine.

14:00 – 15:00: Enjoying an espresso and a quick game of pétanque in the office courtyard.

15:00 – 16:00: Participating in a team meeting, which turns into a philosophical discussion about life and art.

16:00 – 17:00: Wrapping up essential work tasks while planning evening activities at the local café.

17:00 – 18:00: Concluding the day with a farewell toast and perhaps a slice of camembert.

On French manager the three dots on the right of the orders give an option to cancel

Except FR accounts, this option is not available on the Control panel. With an EU registration (e.g. IE) need to contact with OVH and ask for the 14-days cancelation.

I reported the problem to OVH but it seems to be that they do not want to change it, do not want to give the option lucky triers. Hetzner has a lots of abuse with it and they changed to hourly-based billing on dedicated line.

So at OVH the only option to use 14-day moneyback is a message to support, however I think that after a few time they will decline the request.
