2) 32 GB RAM
3) 2 x 2 TB NVMe or 4 x 1 TB or 2 x 4 TB
4) 10 Gbit/s. 50 TB Traffic
5) Europe
6) Budget: preferably around 100-ish EUR.
No Hetzner/OVH. Already owning those.
