These two companies are really reliable, the price was cheap but never give any bad dramas. you can trust your website and project with them without worries.
racknerd im using since 2020 until now, never have any dramas or got any bad support, uptime are great, 99,94% for 4 years. really good.
im using serverpoint 4 years ago and now im using them again for 3 months, they was still best for support and really long life provider. no dramas and uptime are great
btw im using @MrRadic for their dedicated server, for 3 months reliablesite give me 100% uptime. i think they didnt have any vps packages. hopeful they will have soon.

I personally ask myself : Do I really need the vps for this blog site?
Can I get better value by simply selecting a reputed shared hosting provider?
The overhead of managing a vps for a blog seems an overkill unless it's already too heavy for shared hosting
We also have shared hosting for 2.99/ month
But not in the USA at the moment.
