Please let us know if you are still having issues with latency/packet loss.

At the moment, the servers are not available at all. After your announcement, they worked literally for one hour in a more or less tolerable speed mode. As of today, you are already my second provider who had problems with the network in Germany, and also younger and newer on LET. However, your problem notification system works better, and you immediately begin to solve it and configure a backup access channel, but so far this has not saved the situation and has not given the desired result. Also, we do not know how long it will take to fix this problem. Initially, your performance is good, and I just started to run tests, as @dev_vps did earlier, when I immediately had a problem and had to read on the forum what had happened so far. 1 free day is good, but personally I thought that I found a good and reliable service and gave you, so to speak, a good rating in advance, with the exception of a partially average network. At the moment, I would not like to be disappointed in your service and hope that you fix the problem as soon as possible.

yes, the mirror is available, the servers loaded - literally 5 minutes after I wrote here. ))

The speed is better now than when the tests were done initially by any user. It feels like I'm the only one using the servers at the moment. But this connection channel is noticeably better than the previous one both in ping and in download speed, the connection to some parts of Europe has noticeably improved, especially to London. This is a speed test from my second server and from a different subnet.

New yabs test for the second server, which after reboot in the network 43 minutes. I waited a little bit for the network to normalize in order to conduct the test and show in real time what happens in a slightly tense situation for the provider. Performance is normal, the network by the ipv4 protocol is also normal, although by ipv 6 it looks much better. In general, we will continue testing further.

Offer is for 2Gbps connectivity and you are pulling 10.

I know about it, that's why I said that I'm kind of the only one taking up the whole channel. I could have not shown this information and sat in silence with it. But I decided to demonstrate that the provider is trying to satisfy users while not limiting or not having time to limit this moment. Or in real time at that moment there were no users in the network who used the Internet channel.

    Hey guys.

Yesterday I was sleeping (CET) our technical team was still working and unfortunately during the work they had more than one problem.

We have solved the network problem regarding latency and packet loss, Since we are currently on aurologic, as you can see for yourself.

For the rest, I'm really sorry, you're right to complain, yesterday was a terrible day full of problems, we do our best, but the more we do it the more problems arise, I think everything is fine now, please let me know how your day goes.

I'm glad you have such great tests.

I'm glad you have such great tests.

this internet channel is noticeably better, both in routes, and in ping, and in speed. But these are only basic tests and now I am testing your service in more detail anyway. After seeing the speed it became a little easier, I hope you will eventually solve the issue once and for all. We are trying to stay calm about this, and I think you will also meet halfway with many users who have encountered the problem.

  • @DeluxHost Why not permanently move to Aurologic if PletX is giving so much of issues.

I honestly believe that this will indeed remain our option, the Aurologic team is really very kind and professional, as well as having a 24/7 emergency team.

This will be a great boost for you, latency and packet loss will no longer be a problem.

That's what we're going to do for now, PletX gave us a lot of problems so that's the only option at the moment.

As I said, I am truly sorry and I believe and hope that we will be able to make amends.

Let me know for any problem.

Hey, What kind of problem are you experiencing?

Given the high number of orders at the moment the offer has gone out of stock, I will notify as soon as everything is back online with the new nodes :)

As mentioned, quality comes before profit.

Slow network but it seems like improved a bit now. You should really reconsider your DDOS provider.

100% packet loss for about 30-40 mins, now seems to be back.

Scheduled maintenance will take place in a few minutes, we believe we will solve the problem.

    Sorry for the trouble.
