Looking for residential ip vps in Germany for Uni

Hi,
I need a residential ip vps where I can host my wireguard server. I am going out of country and need to access the university vpn which is having trouble to connect to commercial ips. My budget is around 20 euros max.
Apologies if this is against the rules. I don't think it is as I am not planning to do anything illegal, just against university's policy.

Do you have a machine in your university office?
You can install WireGuard client on this machine and open a connection to your WireGuard server hosted in a data center.
Then, you can SSH into this machine and access university resources.
