Recently came accross dashserv.io and need opinions
I searched it on LET and I don't think there was much info on it so if you have any opinions or personal experiences to share you're welcome to share here about it.
Found it through a friend and the prices are good and they look ideal but the trustpilot isn't promising either, has more bad reviews this year than good reviews but the reasons are odd too like one says they change datacenter every 6 months and make the users change their IP.
One complained about slow response time but they replied to the review. One said VNC doesn't work but the host replies saying it does so those bad reviews aren't much to rely on so I'm here to ask for your opinion.
Do let me know.
also do you know what CPU do they offer for their XEON GOLD Plan? it says XEON GOLD 7443 but there is no XEON GOLD 7443

I got a vps in Frankfurt (not NTT) when they had promotion on LET, after one month they shut down that location. I don't look back their company including sister or parent company whatever. Packet-blah-blah. I don't remember exactly.
Wow. It seems they have vms in Frankfurt (not NTT) again.
did they shut down ur vps too or did they offer to move it elsewhere?
Offered migration to DUS. But I don't need that location.
I'm not a customer but they sell EPYC 7443 and XEON GOLD 6154/6240 -- and you're correct, there seems to be errors on https://dashserv.io/en/xeon-gold-vserver-mieten
The rest of the site does mention "XEON GOLD" cores throughout, which according to their products page should be either 6154 or 6240.
I’m running a matrix synapse server on one of their promoted vps from a few months ago, right before they were acquired by Realtoxmedia. Can send YABS tomorrow or the day after if interested.
Support was fast when I requested ipv6. Not sure if worded incorrectly in the ticket response, or pure incompetence, but I only got a single ipv6 address, even though they said they activated /64 for me.
I didn’t react to it, as I only need a single ipv6 address.
Service is rock solid; whenever I speedtest I get around 900mbit/s on the shared Gbit connection, downtime is nonexistent so far (4 months)

relatively recently the tests were here, albeit a 2 years ago, but some conclusions can be made from them. When I had their servers they were moderately reliable, and yes they did server migrations more than once.
so I'm betting on either amd or intel if I were to purchase one of their XEON GOLD plans?
cuz none of their other plans mention epyc 7443 and when they said xeon gold 7443 I think they meant its either.
I contacted them through mail and never got a reply.
