same price for both 1 or 10Gbps port?
I have no idea who you are but this is a pretty sweet deal.
Yes.
How come 10Gbps port so cheap, base on currently pricing in HK is not that cheap, even if with 1Gbps Port. What is the upstream bandwidth carrier?
NTT, PCCW, RETN
We have received a lot of requests in the last days.

Could you give us more information about the company and where they are located? We are interested, but based on what we have seen in the community, what panel do they offer to manage our servers? Do we have consumption graphs, etc?
We are thinking of traveling to Tokyo in January to see a data center so we can offer our new location.
We had to temporarily pause our Hong Kong project but now we are back on track.

Our traffic will be CN2 optimized. We'll be using PCCW for the first few months.
We'll provide a test IP as soon as everything is live.
Hello,
We're interested.
What's your role? Do you rent a rack and then rent it out to clients who fill that space? In case you have problems with the DC, like @jh_aurologic , will your clients have that problem or not?
It's not our own DC, so yes, we rent space at Equinix HK2 and also rent it to customers.
Since it's not our own DC, Equinix is running all of the technical equipment inside of the DC(cooling, power distribution etc.)
Where i can find your imprint?
Good luck!
Do you have racks in other locations as well ?
Do you use Equinix for all your locations ?
I can see you have in Germany, HK
Do you have others as well ?
Yes, we use Equinix for all of our locations. However, we only have Frankfurt( And HK soon).
How many months are "the first few months"? What will you use after?
We'll probably add HKIX.
again. with which german businessman do you enter into a business relationship here? i can't find an imprint on your website.
Will you replace PCCW with HKIX?
My concern is the CN2 continuity.
No, I forgot the "only" in the initial post,
we'll be using only PCCW for the first months. HKIX is not transit.
Latency will be sub 80ms to mainland China.
However:
SMARTNET offers best-effort CN2 latency to mainland China. While we will do our best
to optimize routing and performance, we are not responsible for disruptions, throttling,
or access issues between Hong Kong and mainland China. Performance may vary
depending on upstream provider policies, cross-border filtering, and government-level
controls outside our scope.
Each customer is permitted to use up to 10% of their 95th percentile bandwidth
commitment toward traffic directed to AS4134 (China Telecom) and AS4837 (China
Unicom). Traffic exceeding this threshold will be billed at a rate of 1 EUR per Mbps
based on overage beyond the allocated limit.
Hello, it's September now, how is it going? I don't see any Equinix HK2 on your website
