I had to look that symbol up...it's the Georgian lari (GEL), which at this moment is about 1 GEL = .37 USD.
So 40 GEL = $14.80
Worldbus offers a 2GB for $16.99 on their web site, but in August 2023 they ran a special at $11.69/month for a 1GB. Might be worth asking @worldbus if that pricing is still available.
