Even VNC is not working from the control panel. Error message — permission denied
Still getting same impression from @IndexHosting , not very professional and do not own any responsibility for any mess up.
As already mentioned several times, we are currently migrating all servers to the maincubes FRA01 data centre. It is completely normal that there will be errors and downtime, and this has been announced several times by email, etc.
Please have a little understanding.

Servers take time—it’s not possible to migrate them all in just a few seconds. We’re currently in the process of transferring a large number of servers, and this will take a bit longer.

I received zero emails regarding the vps migration and scheduled window for downtime.
The emails were sent out before you registered. On 20.10.2024
in that case, anyone registering after that date, should get that email along with welcome email.
That's why effective and timely communication is a must for any business.

I was able to connect to the VPS using control panel VNC, reconfigured networking details and now I am able to RDP into the VPS
The RDP experience is pretty smooth and VPS performance is excellent so far
