I'm experiencing the same issue. The panel displays a "BLOCKED" message, but I was able to log in via VPN. However, when I tried to submit a ticket, it stopped responding after I clicked "Submit." It seems their platform is blocking both my IP and VPN, leaving me with no way to contact them.
Website ok, but billing panel is down.
