Looking for dedicated server with 1 Gbit port

I'm looking for a dedicated server with a 1 Gbit port, 20+ TB of bandwidth, as cheap as possible.
CPU doesn't matter much, anything 4 GB of RAM and 80+ GB of storage is fine.
Looking for sub-$60 if possible.
Location needs to be within the United States.
Is this out of reach?

Ah well if you're limited to US then OVH is out. They have some super cheap powerful dedis in France and UK atm.
Check DataShack. All of their servers are 20TB on Gbit by default.
