anyway, are you a provider already? where is teh let-provider-tag?
Yeah, that was overlooked
Rep tag is free of charge
Many nuances and incompetence are felt immediately. And many such services now exist when they sell a server and after 3-4 days or a week at most they disappear. From your many answers and nuances it is clear that you are a provider of this type and there is nothing to prove otherwise.
Here is an obvious scheme of scamming users' money. Not a single proper test has been provided to any experienced user. Not a single positive feedback has been provided for a long time. There is no provider tag here on the forum, although this is currently not a guarantee and protection against the fact that the provider may disappear. But what is most disconcerting is the incompetence and unprofessionalism with the actions and responses of people who offer cheap services. Such examples have been repeatedly on the forum and they almost immediately ended disastrously for those who bought the service from such people.
We exist for several months now and our whole hope is not to make money from the hosting company, but to offer a platform that is "correct" and transparent to the customers, after I have made significant experiences of what other hosting companies in the German market do to their customers.
Our customers know how we help them with all kinds of problems and try everything to offer the best support and a very good service. If you only form bad opinions about this and are not convinced, there is nothing we can do. Our many positive ratings speak for themselves and there's nothing we can do about it. We have built up a very strong customer base in just a few months like no other.
:)We see no point in an “application” in such a forum.
But anyone who would like to test the performance is welcome to open a ticket and we will provide a 24-hour test server.
To @dev_vps please contact us and we will provide you with a test server for 3 days. We now have the necessary hardware available again.
Thank you.
Just sent you a DM.
They aren't scammers, just not very professional imo
What is the problem with providing access for a week of at least basic VPS. I see you provided access for 3 days for @dev_vps, which is already better. Let's look at his expert opinion after testing this server. But you also need to understand that the company may have a client base and so on, but it has only existed for 2 months and for us we need to be careful with choosing such a solution, since before that you themselves worked in partnership with dubious companies. If, as you claim, you have positive reviews and everything is fine and you solve user problems, I will study this issue even more carefully and change my opinion if you are like that. At the moment, for me, there are still few facts to verify this. And it's strange that we go to the forum but do not see the point in clients from the forum, since everything is fine with us anyway and therefore we will not offer anything here))
I wouldn't do it, to be honest and especially not on LET, with so many tourists that can't wait for a chance to get a free VPS, even if it's just for a few days. Maybe for some day, but for a week? Not a chance!
On the other hand, it's not like you're prepaying for a VPS for a year here. If one day isn't enough for your test, just pay those 2 euros and half and you can test it for the whole month.
I got a 12GB/4 AMD EPYC™ 9334 vCore VPS for €3.49/month and an 8GB/2 AMD Ryzen™ vCore VPS for €2.49/month. I'll see within a month or two if it's going to work for me and then decide if it's a keeper or not.
@IndexHosting, ticket #ZWT-658348
I've got one from Indigioo, a completely different company wink wink, so far so good.
Our prices are so cheap, we can't just give hardware away, especially not for such a ‘long’ period of time.
Yeah, why should a provider give away a server for free for a week?
Index-Hosting and indigioo are independent companies, as is clearly evident from their respective legal information and the individuals responsible.
While the two companies maintain a close partnership and we have supported indigioo in its development, there are no business ties between them.
I said to increase trust here on the forum. And not to everyone who wants it, but only to one person who enjoys trust - like a @dev_vps. A week is more or less an adequate period to understand that everything is fine with this service.
But I also agree that the price is small, you can pay and test it for a month and so on. Whoever needs it will do so.
We would have provided a server, but no request has been made yet.
Why don't I see the €3.49 price as described here?
I got a 12GB/4 AMD EPYC™ 9334 vCore VPS for €3.49/month and an 8GB/2 AMD Ryzen™ vCore VPS for €2.49/month. I'll see if it works for me in a month or two and then decide if I should keep it or not.
I'll probably have to buy it to see what it really is
Please check your DM, @IndexHosting
I have just created my account on the portal.
@dev_vps got a server for 3 days and @Mumbly bought a server so just wait for their reviews or buy a server yourself
while you wait the offer may end, the price is really good. But some things are confusing, and I can't see the price for 3.49 euros, otherwise I would buy it right now.
I won’t mind paying for one month
12GB/4 AMD EPYC™ 9334 vCore VPS for €3.49/month
I also can buy now, the problem is that I can't find this price, and the provider didn't give an exact answer on how to do it. So I would take it now and test it in detail, if everything is ok I would leave it and buy more.
To me, the bigger issue is that such plans are not sustainable in long term business plan
I completely agree with you here, but there is simply an opportunity to use a cheap, good configuration and immediately check the provider for reliability in the future.
Why are you so focused on getting it even, just wait for BF.
This is also a good idea, maybe I'll do it. Sometimes very good offers flash here even without BF and also new stars appear among providers in terms of quality and affordability. For example, recently a provider from Poland offered a good price and decent service. So black friday is good, but constantly assessment the market and different providers does not interfere with this and I like adequate service for reasonable money, and I need a lot of servers
$10/year deal from @Chunkserve is better than most BF deals. Also, BF deals are quantity limited, so getting them in time can be challenging at times
New provider comes here and people are begging for the test server. Haven't seen this type of shit on LET previously.
@mcs @gbzret4d do you need some kind of a donation to taste a server that you won't ever purchase?
