Sorry it was a typo. (correct sentence should be: No we cant change spec)
Although it's possible to change the 1st disk to SSD, but cost involved in that is not good.
If you can pay onetime setup fee we can change 1x8TB to 1x480GB SSD
With the same monthly price 40 Euros.
But one-time fee: 40 Euros.
