Then you've missed out on stock :(

    why do you say that?

Is your account with OVH CA?

My account is CA - dare I ask what it means for the order 🫣

Think I mentioned it before, the OVH deployment system is weird, if you order a server in Europe from an OVH CA account, it will take 12 minutes before a server is allocated, meaning if someone else in OVH EU orders it within that 12 minutes, they get the server. Same with if you order a NA server from an OVH EU account unfortunately.

    why do you say that?

Because OVH UK account (Europe) region, deploying a Europe region server, will take at max 5 minutes. Correct me if I'm wrong and you get one, but it's unlikely there is any stock left to allocate to your order.

He ordered a GRA from UK account though didn’t he? Surely he would’ve gotten one

  • i believe UK accounts are essentially EU accounts, although you cant buy in EUR

Yeah, that's what I mean, so you don't have the 12 minute window, so if you didn't get a server allocated in the first 5 minutes, it's unlikely you'll get one at all (that was my point - not that UK/Europe accounts take longer or anything).

Yeah, that's what I mean, so you don't have the 12 minute window, so if you didn't get a server allocated in the first 5 minutes, it's unlikely you'll get one at all (that was my point - not that UK/Europe accounts take longer or anything).

so if it still says "The product is being delivered" i am likely not getting it?

Unfortunately yeah, they may do another mass restock within the next few hours, otherwise, probably not :(

The deployment system does definitely need some work from OVH.

Tell me about it, I literally closed my notifications 1 minute before I got a notification, and when I checked back... Well, I'm still hoping for a restock

  • Nearly been an hour with no delivery here either, so I'm with you in hoping for a restock! Didn't realise OVH's order process was so archaic depending on regions

  • On the new site is there any option to place an order by planCode?
On the old sometimes OVH not published the config but an order can started by the planCode.

Thanks. How can I do it?
On the API console I saw that I need to create a new cart but I'm stuck in how to add items from the eco range...
First I tried with cURL however it seems to be better that I use Python.

if so, we could order the LE codes :)

Not quite, they have to be on the catalog, which they aren't, only stock API.
