I guess no one can really help you here. The location is very rare and expensive. Maybe there are some local resources in Georgia in the local language about which no one will say anything here. You need to google it

Seriously though, unless you understand and speak their language your chances are slim I guess, in particular here on an international platform. Maybe a local platform there (if such a thing exists) could help you. And by 'local' I mean very local.
