So we checked possibility to upgrade our current 4x4TB server to 4x8TB
Upgrading is not cheap as you guys know very well.
It involves a setup fee + monthly fee increase.

Anything with 10G dedicated port? I need about 200TB bandwidth max. As for specs anything 120GB or higher, RAM 8GB minimum, CPU 4-6 Cores.

can SATA be upgraded to NVMe? may be 2x1 TB only?
No these server dont have NVMe option, but you can get SSD.
All spec are pre-configured, upgrading it will cause high monthly price + onetime fees for upgrade.

In Netherlands dedicated server port 25 is not blocked.
However, we do not allow mass-mailing on our servers.
Any spam complaint will lead to direct suspension of service without any refund.
I'm using a cheap Indian VPS and it feels pretty good
