well, we also don't allow bad actors on our network. we are online since 2014. i was going to order last night but i think better to ask before if it isn't allowed or something came up later. i think we good to go, thanks for the reply.

Please Double bandwidth ,Thanks!
I rented the VPS on October 24. On October 26, it went down for 4 hours and 4 minutes, and on October 30, it experienced downtime for 1 hour. Having such a high frequency of downtime within just a few days is unacceptable.

@henryding Can you share the location?
Ohio
Yes one of the nodes was having an issue. I apologize for the issue it was having.

I requested to cancel the service and receive a full refund of $50, but they refunded $45 and deleted my account, so I no longer have access to the ticket. The service is extremely poor!!

Yes I explained in the refund message. You have no other active services, so your account is set to inactive.

AMD KVM VPS - Arizona Package limits have been reached for all packages in the selected group.
Not only that but I've just had my VPS stop twice in the same day. No logs from the VPS to indicate a soft shutdown. The node is straight up hard stopping it for whatever reason.
Not hitting any OOM or RAM issues. Just a straight up stop.
Is it possible to move server from one location to another?
Can confirm the same issue, AMD Arizona restarted 3 times since yesterday. The Intel server I previously used didn't have this issue.
Also had 3 as well.
One in the morning NZ time and 2 times this evening in the same day.
Sorry for the recent issues on the AMD nodes in AZ. There were some problematic users causing headaches for everyone. New stock should be ready for AZ and Ohio later this week.
I have noticed since you did that my IOWait issues went away too
So thank you very much!

Arizona and Ohio are both back open for new orders. Texas still has plenty of capacity.
