Is Pulsedmedia down for all

Hello All,
Just wanted to check whether users of pulsedmedia storage boxes are able to reach them. i am trying for morning and box is not pinging and neither responding on ssh. I opened a ticket to them but no response till now.

Are they just reselling Hetzner storage boxes ? Because I got couple emails in last ~4h stating some maintenance on random storage boxes I own
I have multiple of their dedis and all working fine, 0 issues last 20d I've had them.
I dont know. I didnt received any email and support is as usual very slow, they seems not responding at all. Its 2 hours approx no update, even though i put priority as high. Will check if they reply back.

no they don't resell. They got their own dc. No issues with my minidedi

Oh... I dont know.. Thanks all for confirming... I am trying to reach them out from last 4 hours and they haven't responded yet. Even the control panel thing is not working and I am not able to ping the server as well. So, i am confused whether its outage for me or all the people hosted on the shared storage box. Though i was hoping that atleast for cases like these they are going to respond on high priority, but seems i am mistaken. Will see, if thats how its going to work, i will close my account with them.

I have one opened from 24th of this month... I mean if thats the kind of service they provide... Good luck but i aint buying it from next time...

Support ticket is the right place.
Not when it takes a week or more to answer though.
@PulsedMedia : I did exactly the same and nobody bothered to answer for long. Now lets not start fighting game here, but this is platform for everyone to share what they are seeing, experiencing and has to offer. When support is bad and vendor doesnt standby his/her service, people will callout.
Better to resolve and work on the issue which started it on first place rather recommending others what to do. Thats my 2 cents on everything without divulging into too much details.
Maybe your support tickets are the place for silence, but it is not the case here.
