And ... they are paying/giving VPS to customers in order to post here on LET.
they rarely answer in telegram and that's my whole experience...

By all accounts their nodes are oversold, their network is unstable and [as I understand it] they were banned from this forum for dishonesty/duplicity
If you're genuinely looking for a decent and cheap VPS then there's plenty of decent options here from Providers who haven't been banned

Go for a server @ProHosting24 for example.
Did you make Ticket?
Most hosts only do Sales via Skype/telegram etc etc. For Support via Ticket only. Imagine everyone is asking Support via Telegram. You loose track and get lost.
