There is one company that has several sub-projects.
Unfortunately, due to our prices, we cannot simply give out free hardware. You are welcome to take a look at our hardware with a 24-hour test server, but we can't offer you any more, especially as some people here in the thread have already written that they are more than surprised by the hardware.
Unfortunately, we can't say much about the downtime, because next week the RYZEN host systems will all be moved to the maincubes, which will of course a little downtime, but nothing else has come up in the last 60 days.
When I open webpage I see:
When I switch to english language I see:
Which one is correct?
German one. English one is a translation failure. will be fixed now,
@IndexHosting
if you can provide a test VPS for 3 days, I can run and share detailed benchmark tests.
Where does the movement go, synlinq as most basic providers with subbrands?
hm. promox vm is created in seconds but automatic network config seems to have a major problem...
No, I have no affiliation. I only run a host search engine like serverhunter, but on larger scale.
But I warned, use it on your own risk
Or make a dispute in Paypal.
This one looks like indigo

Provisioning will be combined, as others have already told, with many tickets because of a not working network connection. At this point, provider is not able to solve this on a fresh install, after 18 hours. It's just trial and error at the moment.
Try reinstalling, helped me on indigioo.de
already did a complete fresh install with a debian 12 image (and also reinstalled with some of the templates). already got a "new" ip, to check if it solves the problem. when doing a port scan it shows complete different open port than service I'm running. But then some minutes later, ssh is possible and open ports match for 3-4 minutes.. Perhaps there are only 5-6 ipv4 and they have to rotate ;-)
Best thing is: You can just change your network settings to a IP in the subnet and there you go
You got a new external ipv4 IP...
I think that's also a reason why networking doesn't work properly. Customers can just grab "your" ip and your server is not accessible anymore. I now took another one and the connection works (until someone takes it again ;-))
I don't think that this provider will exist long like this. He would have to buy massive knowledge to configure his servers in a professional way. Offering such services and make such configuration mistakes... That's more than careless.
We currently have a small shortage of staff and that's why everything is being delayed a little, because we have a lot of tickets open due to the move to the new data centre.
Aha. Okay. Just a short question, don't want to take too much time.
Do you think it is a good idea to open the ports for the hypervisors to the public?..

Unfortunately, we can't do anything about what our customers do.
Okay. So all your customers can just change their IP and take over other servers? I mean, the only (technical?) solution to stop people from just taking over the whole subnet is suspend their service if that happens, like you did in my case?
We cannot find any errors in your configuration, except for the fact that you were assigned a different IP by the guest service, which caused your server to be suspended. There was a major problem with the provision of the server, which led to a huge chain reaction. The IP filter was also located on the wrong IP.
Yeah, I am experiencing the same issue on my newly provisioned Ryzen VPS. IP switches between my VPS and someone else's. I set up a different SSH port, so sometimes it connects me to my VPS and sometimes (well, mostly) to someone else's on port 22.
I can get in via IPv6, tho.
A few days older Epyc VPS is fine.
Lmao
Premium hoster run by a 18 year old
Premium Firewall - if your server is not accessible you can't get hacked
Would take less then 5min to fix this behaviour and prevent others from using random IPs in the same subnet or even VLAN...
Oh, great... it also hosts an illegal movie streaming Chinese website.
"my IP"
Problem with rdns in index.
Forward is not confirmed.
Some providers may reject such mail.
A TIcket must be opened for rDNS.
I mean, you probably misconfigured rdns
Your own IP:
dig -x 77.90.41.250The first entry means, forward is not confirmed. Some mail providers may accept such mail, but generally, not recommended for production.
Has been forwarded to the responsible person.
You probably need to remove this cname, so will get the correct record
dig -x 77.90.41.250 +traceCould you please fix it?
IPs are good for mail.
But, without it ^ not serious. Luckily I noticed on time.
As I said, this has been passed on to the responsible person, who will deal with it in the next few days.
However, I wonder why a mail server DNS entry would make us a ‘scammer’.
I did not say it would make a scammer.
You / your clients will have problems with mail delivery to some providers.

It doesn't resolve to
mx01.dataflair.debecause you have one extra DNS record. The same applies for your clients.
