Looking for dedicated Servers in Germany, Netherlands or nearby. Where are they?

I will try again, this time a comprehensive requirement list.
Usecase: Webserver php and mysql with maximum performance.
Server specs must be something like this:
CPU: Min. 16 cores
Shall score more than 4200 on single thread:

Ram: 64GB-128GB ECC
Disk: 2x 1TB NVME, Raid 1
Port: 10Gbit
Bandwidth: 20TB
DDoS protection included
Minimum requirements for the hosting provider:
- Minimum 5 years of establishment
- 24/7 support for critical incident. Either email/chat etc.
- Gameservers should not be on same network.
Beside that, maximum latency should not exceed 14ms to this test IP: 91.229.236.111
Preferably Germany, Netherlands, Denmark or Sweden.
Max budget: 150EUR/Month

Have been in touch with dataforest. They indeed had everything, except ECC ram - Their business line dedicated servers do have ECC, but thats not within my budget.
IP does not respond to ICMP.

Thanks, already checked you out, but cant fit my budget.
Alsycon (@hostmayo is in their DC). Everyone else in NL either times out or >18ms.
In Germany you have @justhosting (12ms) and @Hetzner_OL (16ms).
In DK you only have M247 with 1ms.

Maybe you can ask and see if they’d be willing to upgrade their Ryzen servers to ECC for a fee?
Otherwise, I would recommend Hetzner. Their Ryzen servers have an ECC upgrade I believe.
Already asked them, the board doesnt support ECC on that line unfortunately.

"Gameservers should not be on same network" that would mean that a hoster forbid all customers to run servers AND put on a monitoring of all IPs to make sure no gameserverports are opened. -- No provider does that...
And this is not included in the pricing of 150 EUR/month:

Thank you, but my point was i dont want to be a victim of my neighbors constant DDoS attacks. Some providers advertise for gaming servers, and we all know what that means.... It is a magnet for ddos attacks.

We actually do not host customers who are prone to DDOS on the regular connectivity.
If someone wants a DDOS protected home, we can sell some specialized service like being routed via voxility only.
So under normal circumstances there should not be too many issues with that.
Nobody will offer you a service like this for 150€
Or just go with OVH

I will wait 1-2 days more, and probably go with Hetzner or a bigger provider like OVH.
You will ask your money back and you will waste your time , beacuse almost no one here can offer DDoS Protection at Layer 7 on ur req. They will take your money and tell you bullshits then , we will fix it , we will do this and this ... But its your choice try them but you will come here to my words again all the best
I understand, but i am not asking for L7 DDoS protection. Just basic L4 volume DDoS protection.
In my case, frequent timeouts, high latencies, not optimal routes to for ex. Poland.
Their panel to manage dedicated server is.. garbage..
