To shed some light on this:
Index-Hosting is not related to HT-Hosting. Both owners of HT-Hosting have nothing to do with index.
The Index-Hosting owner was a support staff member at HT-Hosting a few months ago. During that time, Pascal (Owner of Index) was reselling/using HT's dedicated servers for Index.
Not sure if that's still the case.
Some providers focus on quality and others on quantity, which makes the difference.

Oh btw when you log in into index-hosting client area you get email about login from ht-hosting. Also guys from i-h are members of ht-h discord.

Index-Hosting has absolutely nothing to do with HT hosting. LUME Solutions (/dataflair) is not hosting, but the company behind it. Indigioo.de also has nothing to do with Index-Hosting.

Never heard them before, just here you mention this provider so i decided to buy one for test. They gave me just an ip, sent them a ticket, in few hours so called server got deleted, my tickets got deleted, also couldnt login to site.
Sounds like scammers

That is nearly impossible. Especially because thousands of other customers have no problems at all, but everything can be solved with a ticket.

I am not downplaying your experience, nor am I prepared to vouch for them after just five days as their client, but so far, everything looks okay to me.
The server was created without IPv6, but they responded to my ticket within three minutes and assigned an IPv6 address (a single /128) to my VPS. Everything else seems fine - for now.

Question: What's the reasoning behind assigning only a single IPv6 address? Are there technical limitations preventing a let's say smaller IPv6 subnet from being assigned to clients, or is there another reason?

Same, except ip6 was present from the start, performance is good too so far, i have no complaints unlike sh*tshow i came through with ht-hosting.
I'm just curious why they deny all the obvious connections.
We only helped indigioo with the construction. The companies have nothing to do with each other. The legal aspects are completely different.

@IndexHosting would you like to provide a VPS for testing (uptime, ping, ...) so that people can decide for themselves based on statistics?
Test servers are only available on request and only for 24 hours.

I'm not interested in a test which only lasts for 24 hours. I've tested already many providers with my own money without knowing them, cause they had a killer deal or I've just had a good feeling,.... Since all the accusations made in this thread I won't take my money and test your service until I've gotten a clearer picture about your company/your services.
Maybe you wanna provide @dev_vps or another well known person here a server for testing longer than 24 hours or post a yabs so, we, as potential customers, can see what performance we can expect. What's the AUP for the vps? Any limitations? Afaik you are 18 years old with a bunch of company's.
