You could definitely use Pterodactyl for gaming, but you can do basically everything with it as it's just a manager for docker.

I have such a soft spot for ispconfig. Used it for years in the 2010s. It's really a great panel, super lightweight, tons of options. Docs are good, their forum is nice, owners/devs are helpful.
