Digital Realty is actually better than Equinix in many ways. Congratulations on the improvement!

Thank you, Digital Realty is indeed the best option for us! :)

It's simple, they 'forgot' to pay the bills again. Like they did at Serverius, Dataplace e.t.c. just give the DC a call asking about RoyaleHosting and they'll laugh in your face.

All outstanding invoices with Equinix have been paid in full and we maintain a positive, ongoing relationship with Equinix. This migration is due solely to regulatory restrictions affecting power availability at AM5, which limits our expansion capacity. We will continue to use Equinix facilities in other locations where these constraints are not an issue.

Well, congrats on managing to leave your first data center without any overdue bills. Meanwhile, my racks at Equinix NL (and partners who also have racks) have never had any of these so-called "power issues." They’re way ahead, with fresh contracts in place to handle all the demand. So, be honest. Why are you exactly leaving? Like @jordynegen11 mentioned it always happens out of nothing.

Here’s a screenshot of our communication in May with Equinix about the power limitations at AM5 (we’ve just blanked out some personal details for privacy). Hopefully, this clears things up!

AMS for Equinix has always had power issues at scale and limitations. It comes and goes every few years. It reminds me of APAC with Equinix/DR too, limitations come and go very heavily based on current load and expected load.

  • so what's the offer?

Isn't this the 5th datacenter move for RoyaleHosting? Previous moves weren’t exactly out of luxury.

Makes you wonder what the real reason is this time… 🙂 Severius, Cellnex, SmartDC, Equinix, and now Digital Realty? Correct me if the list is wrong or even longer..

What about your own company "final hosting", website not found, VAT not active, mommy didn't pay your bills?

  • Not gonna lie, the ChatGPT AI generated or enhanced responses are annoying to read because of all of the extra sentence enhancers 🙄 Can you just type normally?

Thank you for the explanation @RoyaleHosting

No worries, we are always as transparent as possible

Such a large-scale migration Should we consider adding a credit of $5 to each user to appease them?

What’s the story? We rebranded to VibeGAMES years ago to focus on game hosting. No sweat, we cover our bills.

Maybe Serverius and Dataplace can share their billing experiences with Royalehosting. 😉

Great job on "protecting" the personal details. Done half, you can actually guess the name of the sender and with the function of him still there, one simple searchquery confirms...

  • Ending the e-mail with quotation for deployment. Everyone knows that Sjors (and Equinix) are using the power grid congestion as a way to get outstanding deployments signed. It's a common way sales are currently being made at datacenters in the Netherlands.
