Many times, I need to transcode various files thus along with storage; some computation is also required.
From various posts here, I got to know that one can add computation instance with storage instance which will save time (probably bandwith too?) if i mount the storage in the computation.
As per my knowledge, hosthatch provides computation+storage in the same datacenter.
Are there any other providers?

Just for config reference, time is not THAT much of importance so even low configs will suffice.
CPU: 2-4 cores
RAM: 2 GB DDR4 should suffice.
As per my understanding, in ffmpeg transcodes RAM plays a little role but cores are vital (please correct me if i am wrong in this assumption.)
Budget (computation): $6/month (max I can go with)
Storage (4-5 TB): $7-$8/month

We (www.psychz.net) have exactly this, compute plus block storage that can be upgraded in the fly. We even have some trial periods that may work out for you. How much compute we talkin’, cores and such?

Consider a hybrid storage VPS (SSD + HDD) as an option:
With it you can use the faster part (SSD) for the OS and compute, and the larger part (hard drive) for storage and backups.
Just in case, they also have a two times smaller plan (2 cores / 3GB / 100GB / 2TB), which costs two times less as well.
Splitting computation from storage would allow 3 dedicated Ryzen cores and 2 TB HDD from separate VPSs to fit in $13 per month with a yearly billing cycle, I'm posting the affiliated configurations here so I don't lose them if you ask for them later: compute, storage. Otherwise VPSs with combined computation and storage as per above have a base price of about $17 per month for the same configuration, with HostHatch offering nothing under $25 for these specs.
With only 2 dedicated cores and 4 TB HDD you can fit computation and storage into a single VPS remaining close to budget:
