Yes, 12 TB for $20 is too much.
But 8 TB of redundant disk space for $20 from a reputable provider is totally possible. With 24 TB @ 1 Gbps transfer, etc.

I totally agree. My intention about dedicated was that i didnt wanted a fair usage clause offers. Its always hard to measure and depends on interpretation. Hence to stay away from any trouble I said dedicated, but VDS/VPS also with 100% CPU and memory reservation is dedicated as well. Sure you will not get IPMI access etc but at the end its more or less same.
But once again thanks to everybody here in community that is willing to help and I am also able to get few offers that are somewhat what i was looking for
