There may be something wrong with the mail delivery system. Because I can receive emails from other platforms with my iCloud email.
we have other users using icloud email with no problem, so very unlikely that's an issue with sendgrid. iirc the email was rejected by icloud due to insufficient storage on your inbox.
I'm happy to update your account manually if you can DM your email so you can sign in, but that will not help for future emails (mfa, server details, etc) ...
