    Estonia has a residency system known as e-residency for business, and Dasabo may be based on that.

    Setting up a company under a different national jurisdiction is quite common and many businesses and people take advantage of that.

    At least it isn't shady jurisdictions like Panana, Bahamas, Delaware etc.
