    Thank you for your interest! We offer off-site backups, with the data stored in a separate data center. You can schedule backups as needed—daily, weekly, or monthly—and we retain the last two versions. Additionally, you can convert backups into snapshots.

    Currently, we don’t support uploading backups to an S3-compatible server, but it’s on our roadmap.

    It's good you've integrated backups, but 2 daily backups, which might only cover 24 hours, isn't enough for me.

    We released an update yesterday:

    • You do not have to have account credit before placing an order. An invoice will be issued for payment.
    • Node selection algorithm updated, so a new VM will be placed on the node where you have fewest VMs running to enhances redundancy and fault tolerance. We will soon allow you to manually live-migrate VMs to another node.

    Looking forward to the live-migrate feature in the panel, so that we can initiate migration to nodes where we have the fewest VMs. That's really useful indeed.

    no it's not. we have plan to upgrade all VMs to 10Gbps anyway (not ETA though).
