You should detail to/from where and post mtr, for the moment the speed seems fine. Or maybe you checked during the latency spikes period detailed above, and the speed is reduced during that time.
What if I'm not satisfied can I get cancelled and get refund?
Also your crypto payment did not include USDT TRC-20 or BEP-20 Only have ERC-20 which transaction fee is 8× of BEP20 or TRC20 in most countries

personally for the 10GBP/S a latency of 80 ms from Germany to Tallinn via Wireguard-VPN is too high... have a VPS which gaves me far less when connected to moscow.

I didn't plan to bring this matter here but I don't understand this hostslim method. I purchased an Estonia VPS from hostlim. I discovered the VPS service isn't good on my VPN and I requested cancellation and my refund thesame day I purchased the VPS. Few minutes later I just discovered I couldn't do anything on hostslim website anymore. When I opened the site it is always show oops! And my refund is not yet scheduled for over a week now. If any hostslim admin is here please help my matter out. I need server cancellation to move forward the VPS isn't useful to me and I can't just waste my money just like that
