Looking for Email Hosting Services
Hello! I recently encountered some issues while using MXRoute, and eventually, my account was canceled. However, I must say that MXRoute has a great reputation as they provided me with a full refund, which I truly appreciate. Now, I am looking for a reliable and stable email hosting service that offers efficient email delivery, strong security, and excellent customer support. Could you kindly recommend some reputable email hosting providers? I remember about a month ago there was an email hosting provider running a promotion on a forum, but unfortunately, I didn’t purchase at that time, and I can’t recall the provider’s name. Could someone help me identify which provider it was? Thank you so much for your valuable advice and assistance!

Purelymail is a good alternative. They cost only $10/year. You should read their TOS if they allow your usage.

What kind of use case got you banned from MXROUTE?

Possible suggestions - try Sendgrid and Mailgun with a dedicated IP.
Or buy a vps and install cPanel (some vps providers sell discounted cPanel).
Also, try Contabo - it is a spam heaven. No restrictions. Can spam 24/7 without a problem.
Colocrossing open their ports upon request and have dirty IPs, let me know if you can get it working.
Really? That is interesting, I thought they got strict about 2 years ago. I have no spam use case, so I can't try it out ironically.
I submit them > 1000 abuse reports per day. Now even via their form on the website, as they require (usually, I just email it to other providers).
No effect. Sometimes they take down spammers for 1-2 days, then start again.
I even contacted German police, the officer replied like bla bla, need to be local - law enforcement orgs do not work in Germany.
I am always successful reporting spammers, even leaseweb and colocrossing block them. Only Contabo does nothing

Both. Depending on provider.
Currently, exploring the way to report to the upstream provider.
Sometimes it is hard to trace the final hoster.
Recent example,

The final provider was traced in Spain:
alojo . es. However, this is not the end, the final provider turned out to be in India, selling in rupees.Hats off to you!
I gave up on reporting spam, port scans, and SSH brute force quite some time ago, as either the output was nearly zero or the providers were getting back with additional requests, which was time-consuming.
mailgun is best.
avoid mail.baby as emails go to spam folder.
I saw providers like vdsina (russ) who blocked abusers immediately for port scan.
We report spam only. Wrote software for that. Many small providers request to show spam trap addresses so they can remove these particular emails from the list and continue to spam others.

This week, I tried 5 new hosters (including from this forum), and 4 of them were blocked in Gmail. Mail goes immediately to spam folder. I have a way to detect this shadow ban.
So, if you ignore abuse reports, your clients will never see inbox in Gmail. Some VPS providers specialize on spam, but that is a different story.
Currently, the owners are Swedish, and they have significantly tightened KYC.
However, they might allow it on a dedicated IP.
Still, they may not let you do warming-up using shared IPs. You will have to warm up the IPs yourself. Yes, you paid to mail provider and have to write your own software to schedule mail for warming.
In short, they are now only for clean mail.
