Yap, it is, since @mw had the first one, I have to thank him for the patience until we figured out how to manage performance on that level.
Whatever worked for up to 20TB did not work on the 60TB. - I love this job

I also want to thank our testers & community as without their input, we surely messed up somewhere.
PS:
Soon, those that have 1,2 or more storage services can stack them up in 1 VPS. I will let you know when via e-mail.
What about ability to add a second disk or expand the current to something higher than 20TB ?
That’s an offer I can’t refuse, does everything combine cpu/ram/bandwidth or only storage?
we can do that, open a ticket.
You have the following specs on a VPS ( usually )
vCore
Ram
Boot NVME
Addon-drive
Monthly BW
IPV4 adresses
of the 6 pick 4 that you wish to add/stack.
We can go custom also via ticket.
Prices depend also if service is on V4 Xeon or Xeon Scale ( Gold ) - later is a little more pricy.
Also all are limited to availability on our end.
The storage king strikes again 👑

Just bare in mind, RAID is not BACKUP!!!, I recommend you have a backup plan, we do our best to get quality hardware, we only use Enterprise drives, nvme and ssd, but all of that is not a 100% guarantee that something will not go up in smoke
- OVH Style
PS:
Just remembered
True, but there is no geoblocking based on states for romania I guess, either it is available in romania or not. Or what beneift do you get with a more accurate geolocation in this case?
For example in Spain, there are some shops that are in Catalonia only but not in the rest of the country, thus, serve ads based on if the user is from Catalonia or not. Same with the language, we speak Catalan here, and get ads in Catalan, elsewhere doesn't make sense to serve an ad in Catalan if they can't understand it.
Good point thanks, then it's good for the users if no geofeed is provided, as they will then not receive the ads
Secondly, this is the correct way.
Amazing,I want 60TB too!
Exactly, that's why I store my HOST-C VPS backups on another HOST-C VPS.
I suppose it could get slightly inconvenient if both of those VPS are on the same physical host and disk array?
I am on a opposite point. I love YOLO as I have lost a lot of data before, so I do carry a sense of fearlessly. Fun stuff!
@mw drop that 60tb monster box yabs
any restocking "soonish" ?
Working right now on it, no eta for the moment.
shhh don't tell anyone before DMing me the offer
If it looks like this, take your time... still 36 days, 7 hours, 59 minutes and 2 seconds 'til BF.
😆😆😆
It's time to do something!
@host_c the lack of copy/paste in the noVNC console is pure pain, in case someone wants to do an encrypted disk setup and needs to go through a lot of trial and error.
For the rest of the plebs:
I used this script https://gist.github.com/amunchet/4cfaf0274f3d238946f9f8f94fa9ee02 with Tampermonkey and it allows me to paste stuff into it although sometimes the console capslock goes wonky. (I still need to find that happens, it isn't related with the script as in it would happen before I started using it, possibly something to do with the GRUB config)
@host_c is a premium provider
This is storage server
WD Blue drives? Uh, nope. Not if you care about your data.
We are currently out of stock on this item so orders for it have been suspended until more stock is available. For further information, please contact us.
Elaborate more pls, why? Any experience?
the picture is of used/replaced 500GB WD blue disks which probably came from old lowend laptops. not exactly something you'd ever use in any serious business. theyre probably from an IT refresh cycle converting to SSDs
Make sense, thank you.
Imagine the number of drives needed for a 280 TB server in RAID 60.
..... zounds of drives ha ha ha, not to mention the number of shelves and the KW that those consume.....

Nah, we go with 16-20 TB / DRIVE SAS only.
