Looking for a VPS with an iGPU to run LDPlayer 9 (Android Emulator) for mobile games.

I'm currently using a laptop with an I5 (12th Gen) cpu, 8GB Ram and iGPU (Intel Iris Xe Graphics) and it can run up to 2 instances of LDPlayer 9 smoothly.
Hoping to get a similar experience using a VPS with the specs below.

OS: Windows 2022
CPU: 4 cores
RAM: 8GB
Storage: 80GB
BW: 2TB
Location: USA
Budget: ~$10/month
