    What about Intercolo?
    https://intercolo.de/

is it trustworthy ? any IPs for testing ?

I discovered an inconsistency in Intercolo's offer.
The offer says: unlimited traffic "fair use policy". Then I read their TOS, and it says: "fair use policy" = 1 TB data transfer per month.
Below the cloud server offer, is listed: Extra traffic: €2.99/TB

Depending on how intensively, you use your server in terms of data transfer, this can get quite expensive in many cases.
    Just as a warning!

Thank you anyway , I'm not gonna take a shot on their site , especially their website looks like a wordpress built-in template XD

After contacting their support, I am much smarter. Throttling of BW can happen after 10 TB data transfer is reached. But this is usually not implemented.
    So the provider stays interesting.
    Very friendly support, just btw…

could you share an IP for ping test ?

  • I would recommend Avoro as default pick for FRA. I'm also testing out Bero-Host right now and it looks good - performance/price is great, support gets what you mean first time and writes only definitive answers (instead of common "we'll get back to you" as answer).
I may also try Layer7 soon

just ask the support of them for a list of resellers or hosts which use their infrastructure, because you need one which offers bitcoin.

    They said (https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/comment/4034399/#Comment_4034399):

yes, 80-90% of our IP space is now in use. Time to buy IPs. But i dont have too much motivation to buy IPv4 space for 30-50 EUR and sell IPv4 servers for 3,xx EUR / month. Makes obviously no sense economically. So if a customer wants to pay a very small price for a decent amount of resources with an IPv4, then he/she will have to share the purchasing pain.

Or simply buyer a bigger server where its still included. But the road is pretty clear. The less IPs we have, the more the smallest packages will have a setup introduced.

Now the 2 Cores have setup, next will be 3 cores or 4 cores, with less setup. Only servers with at least 10,- EUR / month volume might not have any setup.

So far at least the theoretical plan. If tomorrow IPv4 wont cost anymore, then the setup will be gone. If all customers suddenly cancel and IPv4 will become free also no setup.
I dont want to rent IP space. Too risky / unreliable for my taste. I want full control. I dont want to sell anything based on infrastructure i can not fully control.

    Hi,

    sir yes sir.

The most cheapest VPS's have currently a setup for IPv4 addresses. Initially because of IPv4 shortage, which is actually already better now as we restructure. But since we are still in the middle of restructure, i am not unhappy about slowing down sales a bit. So we will maintain it for a while until the infrastructure is somehow there where i want it to be. Also we will restructure the offers in a general way to give more flexibility with configurators instead of the static plans.

For already existing customers, if they want to extend services, we can always talk about pricing and setups. But for new customers this setup's do apply for now.

I hope that for the upcoming black friday events things will be settled and the offer restructured too.
