Have you ever seen cpu steal=geek bench score?
Hi.
My vm is so slow that I can barely use it, so I left a question ticket.
But they say there's no problem on the node.
So I do geekbench.
I'm surprised and never seen this score...and the same...even cpu steal is much than single score.
Geekbench 6 Benchmark Test:
---------------------------------
Test | Value
|
Single Core | 88
Multi Core | 94
I'm not telling you with a provider name before the provider and me reach to the conclusion. I'm still in the ticket system.
How much worst score have you ever seen cpu steal/geek score each?

Comments
i bet its @c1vhosting
Oh man.. how long did you wait for gb6 to finish
Almost 2 hours.
YABS for c1v VPS
Outside of YABS not being able to run at all, this is by far the lowest score I have ever seen.
If the provider says everything is good and they're not willing to fix it, why the secrecy on the provider name? They're obviously proud of said results and wouldn't mind you posting them.
What's the worst that can happen? They cancel your VPS? lol
How much are you paying for that vps? 😳😬
Nuh, processor performance is actually quite OK on the @c1vhosting storage VPS. Sadly the rest is utterly crappy. But not the processor & memory.
c1v vps fails miserably even in 360p youtube video test
I asked for them to investigate in detail.
If it were another provider, I would have canceled without even submitting the ticket. One of my favorite providers, will wait for a reply
5$/month
I thought this was already settled?
lol
Sounds fair, whole lot of eighteen PREMIUM performance points per dollar.
Sorry, I care neither about Windows nor about youtube windows tests, among other reasons because complex testing (e.g. processor/memory + some video stuff + networking) tends to provide very little information other than for one specific use case.
Fact is that my @c1vhosting VPS's CPU performance is not bad (for the price) and better than e.g. on my @Calin VPS (also cheap).
are you time travelling from 90's ?
I expected at least that he gonna put his 5$/m costumers on less crowded nodes.
Instead he puts them on the same overcrowded nodes with the people that pay him 9€/y.
Ask for a refund.
This should not be a score of $5 per month for VPS. Reinstall the system and run yabs.sh
@Arirang - please tell us who that provider is. Black Friday is coming soon and that provider might advertise around here soon.
With my detail information, they admit this is not right thing and offer to migration to another node.
Before migration I just reinstall os then performance is back to normal, even disk speed getting better. I have the exact same vm on different hypervisor with them which is okay since I bought. Two vms have been idling for 2 month. It is weird that only one of the two devices performed poorly.
Anyway it's okay now. Let me see how things go. I may later mention providers name if the same thing happens.
boomer host
massivegrid? or ihostart?
I sometimes experiment on my idlers and forget about it. Might be the case.
@Arirang Now it's later. Please tell us the provider
