    Right, but all that demonstrates is that Hostadvice.com isn't a reliable source for reviews; it doesn't exonerate @MassiveGRID .

    And if you've been in business for 21 years, why does the review by "Wally Gross from Canada" date back to 1997 (27 years), and why did he only comment about it in 2023?

    Okay, but exonerate them from what? As far as I can tell, the main crime seems to be that they didn't come to LET earlier. How do you exonerate anybody at all from a general diffuse mistrust that has no specifics?

    In the UK, it's super normal for the "registered" address not to be the correspondence address of a business. It's usually something like a premium location that can forward your mail, or the accountant's office.
