As always, this service is still active and we don't have an end date, but it's better to be quick and get your VPS for just €11 a year.

Ah. Your support is inconsistent: told that they support ISO boot, but AFTER purchasing they told that they support it on dedicated servers only. Just incredible. Support ticket is 681278.
This is such a pain the head. Why so many hosting providers don't implement such a trivial thing?
Here's what the actual upload speed on VPS One, for anyone curious:
My vps nano network port only 100mb
I wasted quite a lot of time on attempts to install something (Alpine Linux in my case), this worked:
Use Ubuntu preinstalled image
Install and run netboot
Configure network
Select "Linux Network Installs (64-bit)" and whatever adequate to you.
I'm still amazed how hosting providers uniquely complicate things on installation, it's always something different in my experience.
Hello,
Paid my invoice #122223 using Webmoney but the status is still unpaid after about an hour. No VPS activation also. Ticket #586847
Please check.
Hi, Dear mt400
Sorry for the delay, looks like your issue was solved in the same day.

Hello, dear Dinhvanlocitvn
We never advertised that VPS NANO will be 1Gbps, always was advertised 100Mbps, what happened is we said that 1Gbps was active during some time in VPS Nano.
In other VPS Packages you already have now 1Gbps

Hi,
Sorry for your feedback, can you give that details to support and probably giving a link of your post? We will investigate.
We're sorry for that.

@AvaHosting Tor Middle relay allow ?
Yes, they already said before that Tor bridges and middle relays are allowed. Just Tor exits are forbidden.
have promo code?
By just reading our AUP you can discover that. TOR Exit Relays is not allowed.

We still have this VPS!
https://ava.hosting/vps/vps-nano/
NO KYC, if you pay with crypto.
So Public VPN is not allowed but private right ? And no IPv6 ?
Yes, we allow Public VPN, but you should always check our Rules in Acceptable Usage Policy.
Best Regards,
Ava.Hosting
Thank You ! What about IPv6 ?
Would you consider calling the network at 1Gbps and allowing for 100mbit worth of traffic a month? So like 33TB~
I think this would be a lot more appealing for majority of people
@AvaHosting
probably will get limited to 100Mbps cause of this post, but I barely even use 1Mbps, so I don't really care.
DMCA Ingored ?
Can the vps be purchased for more than one year? For example 3 years?
Yes all plans.
It is possible but please open a ticket support and we will do it.
Best Regards,
Ava.Hosting
@AvaHosting I can't believe your support team is so unprofessional. Please check ticket #713318
This is current disk I/O on my VPS (with no disk activity at all) on the screenshot:
I'm not sure what's happening but it has something to do with disk.
If I reboot the VPS—it takes more than 10 minutes (when normally it's just seconds) to boot it right now and the first 5 minutes it doesn't even print any kernel message, it hangs at bootloader that desperately tries to boot a kernel.
Support does nothing. And they asked for server credentials. Why? What's funny I can't even upload an ssh private key for them because of "Allowed File Extensions: .jpg, .gif, .jpeg, .png (Max file size: 2MB)"
Why don't you check your hardware rather than asking for credentials that I can't even upload? Normally you would get a bunch of alerts in a similar disk issue scenario, if you configured them correctly on your side, before even somebody reports you an issue.
Hi,
This is the answer that we provided to you in ticket:
Dear REDACTED,
As we informed you from our monitoring tools we didn't noticed any overloads on CPU or storage for the node on which your VPS is located, thus, we have assumed that the issue may be related to your VPS only. We understand the security concerns with providing credentials or ssh key (it can be attached as plain text too, but we added the possibility to attach .key and .pem, thank you for reporting this). We understand that such disk readings are not normal, we have tested some reboots cycles for our test VPS and your VPS and the booting times are not exceeding the normal ones. Please let us know if the issue will reappear to investigate it further.
Please let me know if everything is right or you still facing that issues.
This issue is reproducing right now again. It reproduces randomly and it's easy to reproduce it without any credentials: just reboot the machine (in time, when it does reproduce!) and you will see it hangs at attempt to load the kernel from disk for minutes. What makes me mad about this issue is that still you somehow able to insist that this issue has something to do with VPS configuration while the issue is that it hangs BEFORE running the kernel. How do you explain it? How? Am I randomly patching the kernel?

I want to pay for my annual subscription of your vps but there's no valid invoice. Please generate an invoice for me!
