    I have no idea what's that, and whats the actual happened there, I'm just a normal customer

    1 cpu vCore could very well be shared by 8, 16, 32, 64, or more VPS

    Uh, does that mean if 1 physical cpu is used by 8vps, it can slow? Isn't its like my laptop using a lot of CPU % making it slow even if the ram still available?

    I mean, this post like suspicious, 4 years for 30 bucks, yuck
