    We will not poke you if you are not using 100% resources all the time.
    We don't even poke users who are already using 100% resources in some node.
    We will only look for you when we see our node uses is near 90%
    - Then we have no option than to look for abusers.

    Will you provide a warning email if the resources used exceed tolerance limits? At least 3 days since it happened.

    Because nothing in this world is 100% secured, I'm worried if my resources are used by someone who has hacked into one of my websites and uses it for undesirable things, causing high resource usage.

    Because I have experienced this, one of my websites was hacked and used for email spam. My provider suspended the website (only the problematic website, not my main account) and sent me a warning email. Then I fixed it by deleting some of the infected files.

    I have been with this provider for 6 years, the reason I want to move is because of the datacenter location.

    So will I also get a policy like this here? Don't immediately suspend the main account, at least there is discussion to resolve it well.

    Yes For high uses we will first send you email to inform about your high resource uses, in which we will explain this kind of uses is not acceptable etc.

    For spam/ddos/hacking etc we suspend instantly with email notification.
    For things like that we cant give time, if we give time even 12 hours then damage would be alot. off course there is no refund if we suspend for these things.

    But yes once service is suspended you can contact us instantly and explain that you are not the culprit, we will unsuspend service and allow you to clean your vps.

    We have port 25 blocked already for spam protection. we can enable it on request if your use case is legit, but for that we will need KYC.

    Yes if you send us your iso link, we will upload and mount it, then you can install it via console.

    I am sorry, but double bandwidth is for special yearly plan only.
    Read last post in page 3:

    Your plan is monthly, in this there is no double bandwidth upgrade offer.
    If you have ordered it by mistake it's okay, we can issue a refund as well.

    Yes if we need to open port 25, we will ask for KYC and explanation of your uses.
    You may order and open ticket and ask us to open port 25 but we will need kyc for this.
    If you are okay with these you are free to order.

    I bought these reading the post, before it was edited, and after customer support said it was open by default on vps plans, and only today when I went to use port 25 it's blocked... but it's been over 7 days as customer support confirmed. Can you just refund them I haven't really used them yet. I didn't get an email or anything about the change you just changed your mind on here?

    I really have no issue in refunding but it's been 8 days, that is why denying refund request.

    But I can still issue refund as credit.
    If you are okay with it please reply in ticket again.

    But still want to see where our staff said port 25 is open atleast I can inform that staff to not do such mistakes in future.

    Already explained you in ticket, that reply is not saying port 25 is open he never replied you about port 25

    He replied you about backup and bandwidth.
    "You can do it yourself" is reply for backup and bandwidth question.
    I think it's easy to understand.
    Also when you post proof, always give whole ticket.

    So I request you confirm about that.
    You have replied here after few hours of getting refund so I think it's not fair, you could say it was a misunderstanding we settled it, but instead you still trying to proov that we said port 25 is open.

    In real we had already posted about this in same discussion long ago, 1st page so users should know about it before order, also we have written it in order page clearly.
    So I don't think it's our side fault here

    I think you saw that reply that is why you opened ticket to open port 25 else why would anyone open ticket if no where he saw port 25 is blocked. Right ?

    For Indian cloud vps we dont have any partnership with cpanel/direct admin yet so no discounted price.
    But its easy to buy license from any popular resellers.

    Well, seeing as you've asked, I have a few suggestions:

    1. Your customer service could do with improving. I'm not replying to ALL that last message of yours. You're the one who replied on the ticket saying to prove it and then also posted on here first. Also customer service gaslit me about the policy, as I have a screenshot of someone referring me to a screenshot saying port 25 is not permitted and I genuinely thought I had missed it.

    2. Your port 25 policy: I don't think it's fair to withdraw your offer to open them just because loads of people asked at once. It's not unusual for people to want port 25 to be open for a server they plan on setting up and keeping. It makes a huge difference. In my opinion anyway, to what you are paying for.

    3. rDNS for that port 25.
