HOSTSLIM - Bad Experience!
I recently have a Hosting Starter (DirectAdmin) Web Hosting with Hostslim (hostslim-eu., or VPSSLIM) for about 5 months now. And they just blacklisted my IP address with no reason.
Now I can not access my website admin.
I created a ticket, they decided to delete with no response whatsoever.
Now I created another ticket and the customer service is asking me to provide my ip address, I use 4g mobile and as far as I know the ip is dynamic.
Worst Customer Service -> Like many mentioned before, they took days to answer the ticket, Steer Clear if You Value Your Business!
Mediocre performance -> There are much better provider here on LET with beter price, hardware, uptime.
There are no reason to use them, I moved all my stuff to other host already.
Steer Clear if You Value Your Business! Dont even bother with them.

Things no one has done so far, look at the URL error.

Looks like your IP is less dynamic than you thought and you accidentally triggered bfm on their servers. You can use a VPN to access, or clue in support to the issue and your IP to help.
I hope this is not related to the Nigerian prince who kept asking me for help by email.
Poor guy bought shared hosting, got added to a brute force blacklist, his site resolves and he just wanted some help.
Dunno why HostSlim couldn't have gone to the shortcut in the screenshot. I had a VM there for a year no issues, but the slap-dash support replies to someone who's legit, around 1 month, and has their domain pointing to you is unacceptable.
He's understandably pissed and posted receipts. Maybe he posted other support tickets badgerding, but he shouldn't need to give support the clue to open that file, remove his IP, or maybe even add to the white-list so it doesn't happen again.
Maybe I've been too used to normal support replies where we'd have to add users to cphulk's whitelist.

Yeah I understood that. I don't mind getting support replies even after 48-72 hrs, but why would you delete a support ticket completely with no response?
Honestly, I didn't badger them. I submitted one support ticket with a single message. I was fine waiting, whether it took a week or even a month for a response. But what bothers me is why they completely deleted the ticket without responding or resolving the issue.
