    From the terms of MassiveGrid:

    For Services offered on a monthly-basis period, a Customer has the right to cancel them at any time.     In the event of a Chargeback request from any of our associated financial institutions for unauthorized charge, MassiveGRID shall suspend the relevant account and contact the Customer associated with this unauthorized charge immediately for clarification and further documentation validation. If the Customer does not provide valid explanations and/or such documentation within 24 hours of MassiveGRID’s request, or the provided documentation which is directly forwarded to the relevant financial institution is rejected, MassiveGRID shall terminate the Service immediately and shall return the associated charged amount to the Chargeback initiator.

    I am curious how you will invoke those European laws of yours when the service will not have the CPU benchmark you wanted. It is not like you ordered a service with a specific CPU benchmark, nor you have in their terms something agreed about a specific CPU benchmark.

    It seems your popcorn drama will be with some extra European butter added to it. This flavor could be interesting.

    They have been around for long already.

    It’s not like this is super high end hardware either. The main cost for them here is probably the IPv4 honestly.

    Its a cheap managed service. You dont need control panel since you can open ticket and ask them to do something for your VM.
