As others have mentioned, Vietnam is a unique market, and it's rare to find similar offers, or not any. Most providers in Vietnam are still using E5 or Intel Xeon Gold 1st gen processors.
While we’re eager to upgrade our infrastructure in Ho Chi Minh City with the latest technology, the international bandwidth provided by ISPs there doesn’t quite meet the standard in the region. Additionally, there are several non-technical factors that make Vietnam less competitive compared to other nearby locations like Malaysia, Singapore, etc
