Thank you for your feedback! Our primary focus is on game server hosting, where the current demand and utility for IPv6 are relatively low. As such, we’ve prioritized other aspects of our infrastructure to better serve our clients' needs.

That said, we understand the importance of IPv6 and are actively working on adding support for it in the near future to stay aligned with evolving standards.

You are welcome to start this list.
"Hall of Shame" is not trademarked.

All our servers are used for web hosting, file hosting, overlay routers, etc.
None of our applications rely on rDNS so that we don't care.
We might complain if a server we ordered has rDNS record pointing to a domain that resembles a gambling site or such.

The IP address for your test IP is in 23.128.0.0/10, which was allocated by ARIN under NRPM section 4.10, stating that "This IPv4 allocation will be set aside and dedicated to facilitate IPv6 deployment."

Additionally, the WHOIS entry for this test IP has the NetName of PHAONIX-DUALSTACK-CORE, which to me indicates that this block was deceptively obtained. If these IPs are not being used for dual stack services (which they do not appear to be, because your v6 allocation has not, nor ever been, advertised in the DFZ!), per NRPM 4.10, you are fraudulently obtaining these IP addresses. I sense a report to ARIN's compliance group coming in the future.

Yeah, using 4.10 space for direct customer services like VPS or dedicated servers can result in it being revoked by ARIN.

I’d like to clarify that our VPS services are hosted on the 204.19.225.0/24 subnet. The 23.152.136.0/24 range is used solely for dual-stack purposes, not for VPS hosting.

I don’t quite understand the intention behind attempting to discredit a company that is genuinely doing its best to offer reliable, high-quality services. Our focus remains on serving our customers with excellence, and we are committed to continuous improvement.

If there are any specific concerns or questions, I’d be happy to address them directly.

Whomp whomp. Your v6 space has never been announced, nor does your upstream provider have any v6 announcements, so I highly doubt there is any "dual-stack" going on.

High-quality services or not, fraud is fraud. IPv4 addresses are a sparse resource and should be treated as such, not fraudulently obtained.

Your order was initially marked as pending and subsequently declined by our fraud detection system. By default, a temporary IP address from our IPv4 range is assigned to pending orders. Once your order is approved, the correct IP address will be allocated. Please ensure you provide accurate information to facilitate the approval process.
