For existing customers of server-factory who are currently using PayPal as a payment method, can they continue to do so after the future migration to heartbeat-it?

Yes, clients paying with PayPal at the moment at server-factory.com can also pay with PayPal in the future. Very sorry for the late answer. Somehow over read it ;)

You can remove a firewall rule to block outgoing 25 in control panel.

All your rules are "OUT". You want to OUT (outgoing connections, your VPS connecting to gmail) or IN (other services connecting to your stuff?). Because you configured 'source port' not 'destination port'?

    root@adadada:~# telnet -4 smtp.gmail.com 25
    Trying 64.233.161.108...
    Connected to smtp.gmail.com.
    Escape character is '^]'.
    220 smtp.gmail.com ESMTP 2adb3069b0e04-53a15211ad4sm226580e87.254 - gsmtp
    ^]
    telnet>
    Connection closed.

However this should make no difference for incoming - I don't have any IN whitelisted and I can connect too, it's open by default.

And the first Mail traffic (SMTP, SMTPS, Submission) should allow you to connect to port 25 - you sure it's not working? Try gmail example from above.
You sure you are just not trying some different port as target and it failed because you used source port rather than destination port when configuring rule and the default one (SMTP, SMTPS, Submission) just don't cover it [as this most likely covers 25, 465 and 587 only]?

    Thanks for your order!

You opened the Ticket at 05:55 CET asking if Mail Ports are blocked.

At 09:59 CET we answered that per our Terms of service Mail Ports are blocked by default and we asked you for which of your services you require the mail ports unblocked.

At 10:24 CET you answered that you require all mail ports unblocked without clearly stating if you need this for all your services.

At 12:09 CET you asked for an update via ticket.

At 13:48 CET you opened another ticket to ask for an update regarding the other ticket.

At 16:12 CET we unblocked the mail ports for all your services and answered the ticket.

Please read our Terms of service carefully and contact us with more specific requests via ticket. This way we can provide faster support for you.
