That's not a looking glass then.
We do, but be careful about the abuse. From my experience tor exit node generate a ton of abuse.

An actual looking glass? You pointed to a link which says looking glass but all that's there are just download test files.
We don't have the network tests at the moment. But you can run traceroute to the different locations domain / ips from which the files are downloaded.

Hello, yes we managed to reproduce the problem. It seemed there was a bug with our Paypal payment plugin and coupon code. We changed plugin and the issue should be fixed.
