hmm.. 14900k in Miami. Sounds like the provider uses ReliableSite. I think the closest you will get to this is from @SolidSeoVPS or @Advin (when stock is available).

Edit: Sorry, didn't saw the budget and required specs, not feasible for us also we have Intel E5-2697v4 and E5-2680v3 CPU only
It costs me twice as much and you use an Intel Xeon, a very old processor bought with what I use.
