Should clarify the CPU is only stated as "Ryzen", and one could also get 5950X.

JustVPS is basically the same as JustHost.
Firstbyte or ihor hosting if cheap is priority and Vdsina if quality and speed is priority.

Yes, unfortunately payment with many other is a PITA. With Vdsina for example I need to fiddle with multiple steps to pay them via crypto-"money".

I used melbicom in the past (quite some years ago). Their NL location was very good and the network as well. However do note they are not unmeteted. They will contact you at roughly 5TB and will limit port at 10TB. Some locations triggered communication already at 2-3TB.
However if you explain them your use case and needs they often give you higher limits.

kvmka.ru / any reseller of AS212165 is probably a good bet. I don't recall a single outage for over 500 days. Network is also great IMO
