Now there is a serious packet loss in the route from Singapore to China and the PING time has doubled. What is the situation?
Our upstream provider for the China route (Telstra Global) is currently experiencing issues with handling our prefix. They’ve even engaged hardware vendors to address the problem. As a result, we’ve had to remove certain path optimisations to ensure traffic to China remains reachable. Unfortunately, routing to China is not optimised at this time.
The main reason I wanted to buy Singapore was to optimize the route to China, so now I'm going to give up.
Apologies for the inconvenience. I’m happy to keep the offer open for you until our upstream vendor resolves the issue. No worries if you decide not to proceed at that point

I’ve noticed an issue with the client dashboard when trying to reboot a server. If I attempt to reboot directly using the three-dotted shortcut menu in the “Virtual Machines” section, I get a “NOT_AUTHORIZED” error. However, if I go into the specific virtual machine details and use the same menu there, the reboot works perfectly.
While it’s not a major issue for me personally, it would be a nice improvement to allow rebooting directly from the shortcut menu in the “Virtual Machines” section. This would save customers a step, especially those managing multiple servers.

Can you tell me about backups? I couldn't find any details in your docs.
Where are they stored? Is there the option to also backup to a s3-comptatible server?
Thank you for your interest! We offer off-site backups, with the data stored in a separate data center. You can schedule backups as needed—daily, weekly, or monthly—and we retain the last two versions. Additionally, you can convert backups into snapshots.
Currently, we don’t support uploading backups to an S3-compatible server, but it’s on our roadmap.
