You sent a screenshot to the guy, who therefore thought the problems were on our end, but since I'm the one who deals with these things, and I tell you that there are no problems, it remains that way.

If you have problems as I told you, and I hope I'm clear, open a ticket.

you said ping tests do not belong to your vps and now you are talking nonsense. Good customer relations. Your VPS has been having network problems for 4 hours and you're still coming up with conspiracy theories here. I opened a ticket 1 hour ago still wait...

vps-1 still every 10-15 second network connection drop

That's exactly what I'm saying, and he's implying that I'm not a customer and saying there's no problem. My vps's ip block is the same. 31.56.7.*

Just to keep you informed it seems that there is loss from the DE-CIX hop from PletX ( our anti DDoS provider)

    It should be fixed soon.
This didn't affect our entire network, just a portion, so at first glance everything seemed fine.

Customers on the range with Arbor (46.) have no problems.

We have had this provider for several months, I certainly do not call it unstable for a problem had for half a day, so what should Path be? The worst service in the world? 😄

The important thing is to report it to the relevant people, doing the right tests, so that they can start more specific checks.

Send here screens where we don't understand anything with the words "It doesn't workkkk omggg", It doesn't help us, and it won't be taken into consideration.

Can you stop blaming your customers? I usually post updates in the thread where I made the purchase.

I've been monitoring your uptime through HetrixTools over the past two days, and I've seen a significant amount of downtime (15th Oct: 40mins downtime). Yet on your website, it still shows 100% uptime for everything. Is that number reliable?

For instance, when I have a question like this, I can’t even open a ticket to ask you, because your response will likely be the same as the one you gave someone above: 'We’re fine; it’s just bad luck that you're the exception.

I'm sorry if you got that impression, but It's about respect and common sense as said, we are not here to play or waste time.
As mentioned, we have no reports of downtime, but only some issues regarding packet loss on the ranges protected by PletX.net, which has been resolved after some work.

For me these are serious things, and I have a lot of people who come to me to tell me there are problems, but in 90% of cases this does not coincide with reality, For this reason I ask to open a ticket to do some checks, do you think it's strange?

Do you really think that from an icmp ping that can be altered by many different factors you can really determine the problems?

We have many satisfied and happy customers with whom I personally love to create a relationship of friendship, but I also tell you that at the same time patience has a limit, if I ask you to open a ticket 10 times and you insist without doing it and you don't help us, well, I won't waste my time with you.

    I hope I was clear.

For now we have put new discounts of 50% on Standard servers and 40% on Plus servers.

We mounted the new EPYC 7742 servers, seeing that the nodes we had were starting to fill up, we preferred to buy more hardware so as not to compromise performance.

For us the word oversell does not exist.

Hmm.. I think you are using active-servers.com
You are reselling their dedicated servers, am I right?
    Full server list: https://active-servers.com/rootserver_hosting.php
    Their anti-ddos is very sensible..

We only have our own servers, with our own router and DDoS protection that we purchase from external providers.

We rely only on colocation for our servers since we do not have a proprietary DC at the moment.

The hardware is purchased from them, if a customer places an order, we take the hardware directly without renting it.

This is not conspiracy theories or anything, but common sense, you can't expect to get support if you don't open a ticket and let us investigate.

You don't help by sending a simple icmp ping which can be altered by a thousand factors, including DDoS protection.

Again, now customers have opened multiple tickets regarding this issue TODAY and not for days as some said, and so I'm working on it, it seems so simple to me.

simple, then you can see that it is not stable and its service is not simple.

Yes, many people will complain as soon as they encounter issues. I also apologize if I’ve been a bit sensitive.
I also purchased the VPS-2 plan for one year. Currently, it’s performing well: no more downtime, and CPU performance is good.
You might be similar to Evoshosting in terms of interface, low prices, and selling without limits. But the quality is much better.

Thank you for your feedback, our task together with other colleagues, even if we are not connected, is to give the highest quality at the lowest possible price.

We always hope to succeed, even if it is not easy. 🖤🔥

DDOS from external provider? Looks like the external provider is active-servers.com additional IPs with PletX DDOS Protection.
Colocation? Hmm they don't offer this kind of product, even for business.
Can you be serious and stop lying? Whats wrong to admit that you are reselling their services? Reselling a big provider is a good start for a small starting company...

We have a contract with the guys who run PletX, we have a great relationship with Active and we recommended this provider, since they had Cosmicguard, which is a terrible provider, which they removed and replaced.

Do you really want proof or something to prove it? Do you care that much?

There is nothing wrong with reselling, we started out that way too, and when some things are extremely expensive we can even rent them if we don't have immediate economic availability.

They also give you the option to purchase their HW without any problems, you probably don't know them or have ever worked with them.

And yes, they do offer colocation, so stop lying. 😄

I'm happy to answer any questions you may have though, I just don't understand why you have to attack for no reason.

I am their customer since 2017....
Their IPMI Asrock Rack is top notch. Their interface root-control.de is simple and do the job. Only the bad thing is the ddos protection, which is to sensitive but this can be fixed, a small talk with them and they will sort it for you.
I don't want to start a fight with you, there is no sense to do. I just want to make a better LET and I hate providers who lie, like you.
This is my last reply in this thread, LET viewers can see my comments and yours. Let them decide :)

As soon as I put before you the evidence of the lies you told, do you run away from the confrontation?
Don't you think that's quite unfair of you?
Above all, what does it mean that you have been a member for a longer time? Does this give you more credibility? I don't think so, Especially since it clearly seems like you don't know some things like the fact that they offer colocation.

But no problem, just let people make their own decision, have a nice day 😆💕
There is no need to add anything else.
