If I’m a student, should I open a ticket with documentation first? Or should I purchase shared hosting and then open a ticket?
Place the order and purchase first, then you get a credit for the balance of the discount for future invoices once your student document/id is sent and verified by support ticket.

What sort of documents would be acceptable? My university doesn’t have student ID cards, but I think we have access to tuition statements, acceptance letters, and grade transcripts.
